FOUNDING
CIRCLE
A FORUM FOR CHRISTIAN WOMEN WHO LEAD
YOU WERE NEVER MEANT TO LEAD ALONE
A place to be honest, be strengthened, and lead as the woman you were created to be.
YOU CARRY THE VISION. THE DECISIONS.
The board, the investors, the team, the people counting on you.
And when the door closes at the end of the day, there are very few people who truly understand what that weight feels like.
YOU’VE BEEN TOLD WHAT A LEADER SHOULD LOOK LIKE
Some of those voices have been loud.
Few of them have asked who God created you to be.
“Kim is one of the most brilliant, heart-centered leaders I’ve met. Her unique ability to truly see you while challenging your limiting beliefs is so valuable and rare. Her easeful, magnetic, joy-filled nature paired with her mic-drop moments make her a must-have for both public stages and private coaching rooms.”
